I will try to explain it better.
At the moment when i add a vocabulary card, two kind of cards are added: one for recognition and one for production, they are kinds of "sisterCards".
I would like to be able to activate the subset of production cards (or recognition cards) which their recognition cards (or production card) have been learned.

eg: for a vocabulary card: casa / house, if i already learned the card house/casa the card casa/house is active otherwise the card is not active.

I think it would be possible to do that with a tag "sisterCardLearned" which could be updated on demand (or automaticaly) a bit like the "duplicate" tag can be updated.
We could choose the threshold for a learned card like this: if the next rep is after X days then it is a "learned card" and the sister card should have the tag "sisterCardLearned".
