add option to change font size in card browser to make Chinese sign and Pinyin better readable on many configuartions.
Current font soze in card browser is barely readable on my computer,

You can create a new card category, for example "Chinese" based on Vocabulary card style and then increase size in the "Foreign word" field. That's what I did. Works good.
